How long does the tiny home process build take?
Approximately 6-8 weeks
Where are you located?
We have 3 building teams in Utah. They are located in Moroni, Delta, and Cedar City.
What are your transportation/delivery options?
We have an amazing transport team and can deliver your container home anywhere in the western United States.
Do you finance?
Not currently. We hope to have financing available to our customers in the future!
What are the features that come standard with your homes?
Our tiny homes are come standard with the following features:
All containers come with a mini split unit for heating and air conditioning, canned lighting, thick spray foam insulation (high R-Value), high quality building, and attention to detail.
Kitchens include a full size sink and formica/laminate countertops (quartz or granite can be upgraded), cabinets, apartment size refrigerator and microwave, electric oven, and stove top burner.
Bathrooms include a full size shower, toilet, vanity cabinet with sink, medicine cabinet, linen cabinet.
Living Room areas are big enough for chairs or sofa, tv, and end table. (Sofa sleeper optional)
Bedroom have a full-size window and full-size closet as well as luxury vinyl plank flooring.
What are some popular upgrades?
Washer/dryer combo, quartz or granite countertops, built-in bed with storage drawers.
How much customization can I do?
As much or as little as you’d like! We are able to put containers together (not able to stack at this time) to customize a floor plan just for you!
Can you stack containers?
Not currently. We are hoping to offer this in the future!
Can I use a tiny home for commercial use?
Yes! Containers can be used for floral shops, hair salons, offices, boutiques, concession stands, soda shops, snowcone or shaved ice stands, and everything in between!
Where can I put a tiny home? (City/County Guidelines)
Check with your city and county for restrictions on ADU’s (Accessory Dwelling Units)
Do you have a warranty?
We warranty all our building work for one year.
Can you furnish the homes?
Yes! We can furnish your tiny home for an additional fee.
What options can you customize for containers used for construction sites?
We can add roll-up doors, windows, man door cut outs, etc.
Do you offer DIY kits?
Yes! We have kits available that include everything you need to build your custom container home. With our container home DIY kits, you can build your shipping container home the way you want. Your container home will arrive with the windows and doors cut out, along with the electrical, plumbing, and spray foam optional. DIY kits provide the freedom and flexibility to not only design your own container home but to install your own cabinets and finishing items to make the space into exactly what you want.
